We offer a wide range of Bitumen Emulsion which is highly effective when it is emulsified with water in order to obtain Bitumen and has the ability to perform under any temperature. Emulsion is defined as a mixture of two immiscible liquids one of which is dispersed in the other in the form of very fine particle. The colloid mill is used for preparation of emulsion. The process of emulsification is skilled by use of an emulsifier and a stabilizer. Bitumen Emulsion are specially designed for ensuring a uniform and strong Tack Coat for bituminous road construction purpose.

Manufactured from highly condensed polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, these bitumen are completely soluble in carbon disulphide. This Industrial bitumen is used for enamels, roofing, road surfacing, paints, waterproofing, mixing applications, spraying, electrical products, and others. We offer bitumen 85/25, bitumen 90/15, and deliver them in proper packaging for their safe dispatch to our clients.

Bitumen emulsion paint is a cold-applied, water-based protective coating made from bitumen dispersed in water. It provides excellent waterproofing, corrosion resistance, and adhesion to concrete, metal, and masonry surfaces. Commonly used for foundations, retaining walls, and damp-proofing applications, it is easy to apply, quick-drying, and environmentally friendly.
